Cheese/Aloo Ki Patty

Wow ............................. atlast i found out how to have my favorite tea time snack here, far away from home. We usually had Aloo ki patty back in India and sometimes cheese one. I used to enjoy it a lot and you know i even had it in my dinner a day before i had my flight to US thinking that whether or not i would get it here or not. I used to search for it here in many Indian stores and restaurants but it was not in the menu, frozen section nowhere. Recently i came to know about pastry puffs. I saw that at one of my friends place, she had made apple turnovers. It immediately clicked me i can fill it with my stuffing and make my favorite patties. To my surprise, it was as good as we get in India. After almost one and half years i was eating my favorite snack.

I don't know how many of you have heard about patties.......................... you may or may not have heard it but in either case, do try this snack sometime and it would be very filling as well as something different. I know you would like having it again and again.
