Mooli Kanda/Raddish Salad

The name would be funny for most of you. But it is one of the favorite salad with rice and daal, in Himachali families. I really don't have any idea if anyone else also prepare it this way. One good thing about this is you can make entire salad once and can use it whenever you want in 5-7 days. It's as good as fresh salad.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Grated Mooli(Raddish)
  • 1 green chili
  • Ajwain to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Fresh Coriander

Method
1. Chop green chili and Coriander.

2. Combine green chili, coriander, salt, ajwain with mooli.

3. Squeeze lemon.

4. Mix everything well.

5. Serve with Rice and Daal.
