Mango Kulfi
Ingredients
for Kulfi
3C mango puree
1 1/4C condensed milk
1 1/2C evaporated milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4C tutti frutti(i used combination of red and green)
a pinch kosher salt
for Garnishing(optional)
1/2C chopped Pistachios
1/2C chopped fresh mango
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients of Kulfi in blender ad blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, Popsicles or any container of your shape.
3. Transfer to freezer.
4. If using ice cube trays or any large container, freeze until completely hardened. It usually
takes 2 hours in ice cube tray and little more in larger containers.
5. If using Popsicles, insert the sticks after it is half frozen.
6. Before serving from ice cube trays, run a knife around corners and unmould it into plates.
7. Garnish with pistachios and mango, if you want and enjoy!
